Great place to pick up death certificates. I’ve always parked in the downtown area and walked over so not sure if there is on-site parking. I did need an ID to get in, and there is security. I also had to put my items in lockers which were free.

For death certificates, it is best if you already have your information from their website so you can go straight to the indexes to find the microfilm numbers, but if you don’t have it, there is a computer onsite you can use to get the numbers of the certificates. The people there are very helpful and will show you quickly how to look up the microfilm and use the machines. There are only about 8 to 10 microfilm readers. Most times I’ve been there, they are not too busy so I’ve been able to get a machine. You can print from the machine, but lately I’ve just been taking a photo of the screen.

There are bathrooms near the entrance to the building.
